EGG TART OF LORD STOW'S BAKERY

I post a little Macau travel news every Friday. We had egg tarts at the main shop of LORD STOW'S BAKERY. It was an amazing good taste, and I was excited! It had a fragrant aroma, and the outside was crispy while the inside was soft and little sweet. I may eat three at once instead of rice. I would love to have the egg tarts for 3 meals a day. The staff's way of working was lovely like a movie of Wong Kar-wai. The tarts don't keep because they do not contain preservatives. So, I went back to buy the cookies as a souvenir.

金曜日は、マカオ旅行記を少しずつお届けします。ロードストーズベーカリー本店で、できたての本場のエッグタルトをいただきました。びっくりするほどおいしくて感動しました。香ばしい香りで外はサクサク、中はとろっとしていて甘さ控えめ。ご飯代わりに一気に３個くらい食べられそうです。３食エッグタルトにしたいくらいです。お店のみなさまの働く姿も映画のように素敵でした♡ 保存料を使っていないので日持ちしないため、お土産にはできなかったのでクッキーを買って帰りました。
