Erizen (luxury kimono draper) Exhibition was held at HAPPO-EN in Meguro last month. I wore a kimono called 'Oshima Tsumugi' with a pine needle pattern after a long time and chose an obi made by turpentine soot that was pine smoke. My last name, Hiramatsu, has the Japanese word for pine in it. In Japanes, pine is pronounced ‘mats’. Three pines together! So I was very glad. CBA and I were treated to Japanese lunch. Thank you, Erizen!!!
