Fushimi Inari-taisha in Kyoto
When I saw the cover of an old Harper’s Bazaar, I wanted to go to where the photo was taken. I looked around, at last I found that it is Fushimi Inari-taisha in Kyoto. I went finally there for my business trip in February! It was so cold, but there were not lots of people. So I could take my photos behind nobody. My English teacher told me that they were so crowded in April. I recommend February if you want to take a great photo. By the way, the model’s pose of the old Harper’s Bazaar looked like Japanese traditional dance. She was Japanese, and the magazine was around 1960. So I bet she knew the pose of Japanese traditional dance. I also performed it, and I wanted to do the same pose at the same place! I would love to do it much better. I have to practice much more.

The Fushimi Inari is stunning! Besides, its colour and shape make a very good backdrop for your photos. Is that a path to connect two important areas or just a decorative/artistic item?
